Carolyn + Christof had a truly Brooklyn day full of special touches by their friends. Starting the day at Magic Cobra Tattoo Society and heading into their church-turned-lofts apartment for a sweet first look. Carolyn walked down the aisle in a gorgeous gown made by her friend, Selina Elkuch, and the whole room was 100% present as the rings were passed around the room to be blessed and everyone joined hands to celebrate the couple. It was such a sweet ceremony and they really made it their own. After that, poetry on demand while guests mingled with their cocktails and kombucha (on tap!) listening to the sweet sounds of Baby Soda jazz band. To top it all off the couple ending the night by riding off into the night on Christof’s vintage motorcycle. Such a treat to experience and a huge congrats to these two!

Everyone involved did a phenomenal job in bringing this together.

Ellie + Cooper // Winter Engagement
I have mixed feelings on winter this year. This cold. I used to be a big fan and still love winter sports and activities, but with two little boys that are spending the majority of the winter indoors I cannot wait for some warm weather and less layers. That being said, I had a more than enjoyable day getting out into the cold with Ellie + Cooper for their engagement shoot. Do they even look cold? We started in their home (always a great place for engagement shoots!) and walked through Prospect Park and ended at a cozy bar. Such troopers and they are the absolute loveliest to photograph. I can't wait for their wedding this year!
